Returns Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, health and safety reasons unless they are faulty.


These include:


• Hair brushes and detangling brushes
• Combs
• Hair extensions and hair pieces
• Opened cosmetic, scalp care, hair care or personal care products
• Scissors, razors, blades and clipper blades
• Manicure and pedicure tools
• Any product supplied with a hygiene or security seal where the seal has been broken, removed or damaged


We also cannot accept returns for:


• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Special order, bespoke or personalised products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases


If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges


The quickest way to receive an alternative item is to return the original item for approval and place a new order separately.


European Union Cooling-Off Period


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.


Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase retained.


This right does not apply to exempt products including hygiene-sealed items once opened, personalised products, and other products excluded under applicable consumer legislation.


Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact hello@savvyandshine.com.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
