OUR APPROACH to education is unique. Our technical director has specialised in hairdressing education for over 20 years and has worked in over 40 countries providing education and technical support for many brands, manufacturers, colleges and distributors. Education is a rapidly growing part of our business with regular requests for behind the scenes technical support, course writing, skills building for both sales and technical teams in many different countries. We step into your world and find the areas that you want to improve knowledge in, then we work with you to create a plan.

We can do this as a visible or invisible addition to your team. In 2017 we opened our state-of-the-art Professional Haircare Academy in Northern Ireland. With 400 square metres, and 10-workstations, this facility enables us to host specialist technical courses with a salon team or distributor of up to 45 people for training and events. From workshops on how to use exciting new products to courses on styling, cutting and more, Savvy & Shine Professional Haircare Academy is a vehicle for stylists to introduce cruelty-free, luxury haircare brands into their salons.
