What is a Trade Account?

Creating a Savvy & Shine trade account grants you access to shop our extensive collection of brands at exclusive salon-only prices. Additionally, you'll enjoy the following advantages:
  • Get a personal sales manager that will assist you with sales and technical product information.
  • Get exclusive discounts and gift cards.
  • Access to all salon professional products.
  • Browse and order all of our latest products, with up to the minute stock Availability
  • Re-order items (or entire sales orders) with ease.
  • View, download, or query sales orders and invoices.

Can I open a trade account?

Opening a trade account with us is free and easy to do.

Simply provide us with proof that you are in the hair, beauty or pharmacy trade by completing the form to request a trade account application.

Register for a Trade Account

After completing the form, give us 2-3 business days to validate the information before creating the account. Ensure that your email address is correct as you will be notified when the account is ready. Your trade account will also be connected to your email address.

If you are not in the hair and beauty industry you can still shop our retail products by following the link to our retail shop.

To access exclusive products, make sure you're logged into your Trade Account.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. We use a variety of courier methods depending on the size and weight of your order. We try to provide tracking numbers for all orders at time of dispatch, however this is not always possible immediately. If you require the tracking details for your order please contact us on 44 (0)28 9446 7762.

I have received the wrong item in my parcel, what do I do?

Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies or damages with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until the time it is being prepared for despatch. You can do this by telephoning us on 44 (0)28 9446 7762. If your order has already been despatched it will not be possible to cancel.
